Revised development proposals being prepared.

Following the refusal of the previous planning application by Brighton and Hove City Council, Parkridge have been working closely with the council to address the reasons for refusal and to prepare a revised scheme that meets the Council’s aspirations for the regeneration of the area. This Web site sets out the design process that is being undertaken and illustrates the work in progress, particularly how the scheme is evolving in response to the previous concerns raised.

The revised proposals are currently work in progress – however we are keen to obtain peoples views on the revised scheme.

 

Sackville Place - The Proposals

To redevelop the site with the creation of a new public square together with a mix of uses including a new food store, new shops, Cafés and restaurants, offices and residential apartments. The scheme will also involve underground car parking, improvements to Sackville Road streetscape and a range of sustainable initiatives including extensive landscaped roof gardens.
